We strongly believe that it is important to raise public awareness of genetics, genomics and genomic medicine. We strive to achieve this by delivering popular lectures on our activities in schools, colleges and in public forums. We also invite eminent scientists to deliver popular lectures in our own institution or in other public places. In addition, we regularly organize visits of our laboratories by school and college children, explain to them the nature of our work and interact with them.
