Each room has its separate sliding door to access wash basin area, bathroom, and balcony.
Each room has separate entry, and the doors are having door viewer installed.
Each room has necessary electrical connections and plugs, a fluorescent light, a bedside lamp, and a ceiling fan installed.
Each hostel room is equipped with a single bed with mattress, a six-foot double-door cupboard, a two-tier open bookshelf, and a standard study table with a wooden chair.
Rooms in the women’s wing have curtains on the windows.
All the rooms are well protected with iron grills in the windows and balconies.
Shared Facilities in the NIBMG Hostel:
NIBMG Hostel has a common room with sitting provisions like chairs, sofa, couch etc. A 55-inch LED TV is installed in the common room with satellite TV connection. The common room also has ACs installed.
Two washing machines are placed in the common area for washing clothes.
Water purifiers are placed in every floor of the hostel building.
NIBMG Hostel has indoor and outdoor games facility including football, cricket, badminton, volleyball, table tennis, chess etc.
Both men’s and women’s wing in the hostel have separate pantries. Each pantry is equipped with a fridge, a microwave oven, a bread toaster, and an electric kettle.
Hostel main entrance is monitored by security personnel for 24 hours in all 7 days.
Wi-fi routers are placed in hallways to provide internet connectivity inside the room and in the common area.
A doctor visits twice in a week usually from 11 AM to 1 PM.
