Understanding the role of genetic and epigenetic changes in modifying disease pathogenesis and response to treatment
Studying the transcriptional regulation of genes in disease context to identify therapeutic targets
Identifying novel genetic variations causing rare genetic diseases
Estimating the prevalence of monogenic disorders and the frequency of the pathogenic alleles associated with the disorder in Indian population
