Mode of Filing Appeal

A request for obtaining the information as per Section 6(1) shall be accompanied by an application fee of Rs. 10/-, and information copy @ Rs. 2/- per page, by demand draft or banker's cheque in favor of National Institute of Biomedical Genomics payable at Kalyani, West Bengal.

A hard copy of the application with the applicant's signature, and in the following format with the declaration of citizenship, along with the fee, should be sent to the CPIO.
