Thesis and ongoing works:

Paper on “Antibiotic resistance pattern in nosocomial UTI causing E.Coli and Staphylococcus aureus and association with 16 S r RNA change”. This paper first came as a poster presentation from the work done in the department of Microbiology, St Xavier’s College, Kolkata, India, in collaboration with R.G. Kar Medical college and Hospital, Kolkata.
- Thesis on “Molecular Genetics of Osteogenesis Imperfecta” was completed and submitted to the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics, Women’s Hospital, University of Birmingham, UK in August 2010.
- Project on “Molecular Genetics of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Bengali population with statistical analysis of the genomic data produced” from the Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.
